Position Summary:

You will be part of a team responsible for communication and processing across;

>Customers: sales order processing and shipping/delivery.

>Dragonfly’s Asia office/factories: purchase order and shipping management.

>3rd Party warehouse

This is a responsible and varied role, placing you right at the heart of the action. In addition to general office management duties and dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails, you provide administrative support to the account manager.

The ideal candidate will be organised, with excellent eye for detail and communication skills.

Some of Responsibilities and Duties will include:

  • Co-ordinating container shipping from origin either direct to customers or to a 3rd party warehouse
  • Co-ordinating directly with 3rd party warehouse
  • Processing of Sales and Purchase Orders
  • Processing of daily despatches, issuing invoices or other documentation
  • General office management duties, e.g. dealing with incoming calls and emails, arranging couriers, maintaining filing systems

Person Specification:

  • PC literate, a good/strong working knowledge Excel would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage
  • Experience working with freight forwarders/shipping lines
  • Experience in order processing and data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised, self-motivated
  • Capable of performing tasks independently with the ability to prioritise deadlines and a varied workload
