Supply Chain Administrator - £20,000pa - Cirencester - Fixed Term Contract - Engineering

Our client, a multi-national, IT solutions company based in Cirencester, are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a 6 month Fixed Term basis. The Supply Chain Administrator will provide support to the Sales team across the company, whilst ensuring to adhere to company policies and work to the company management system.

Supply Chain Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing Sales Order Ship and Debit process for the company
  • Working with the Sales Operations and Supply Chain team
  • Reconciling the Point of Sale Report and outstanding debit note process
  • Processing Sales Orders in line with the SOP for the company
  • Liaising with the Sales team and providing updates regarding order issues
  • Carrying out general/ ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast paced, office based environment as well as boasting great attention to detail.
