Royal Mail International have a new and exciting vacancy available, perfect for an ambitious sales driven individual who is eager to work with our International commercial import customers. As a member of one of the newest and growing areas within our International Business functions, you have a rare opportunity to steer the future of one of the UK’s most established brands.

About the role

Reporting directly to the International Product Manager, you will focus on increasing the revenue we draw from our Asia Commercial Region. By effectively managing current relationships within Asia, and onboarding new customers, your main aim is to build upon the success of our service in this region.

This role requires keen commercial acumen, you must understand our clients’ international distribution needs, and effectively identify areas in which we can create value.

One of our aims is to strengthen the relationships with have with new and existing overseas customers by implementing a seamless end-to-end onboarding process. As the key contact from day one you will have insight into our clients needs and preferences. One of your responsibilities will be to review the contractual requirements and ensure that both RM and our clients are meeting obligations, and work closely with the Customer Experience team and the Sales Channel Management team to resolve any issues.

About you

No two days will be the same, you will be presented with new challenges and opportunities for you to take advantage of. You should have a background in Account/Contract Management, preferably within the logistics and supply-chain industry, and know how to proactively pull different parties together to achieve favourable outcomes.

We want someone with good understanding of the e-commerce market within Asia and China, and fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
