A utility infrastructure company based in Sheffield is currently on the lookout for a Commercial Contract Specialist. They work on residential, commercial and mixed use properties and have projects throughout the UK.
The right candidate should have strong experience reviewing and entering into JCT/NEC forms of Contract, along with sound technical background supported by an understanding of the Utilities connections industry.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with an interest in contract law to develop their skill set and work with likeminded individuals who have a great company culture. They currently have a team of over 5 others and due to the layout of the company promotion is encouraged and clear targets are in place for employees for absolute transparency.
The right candidate should have experience in contract and commercial negotiations, particularly in the construction sector and be able to work under pressure.
