Interim Veeva Change Lead

Interim Veeva Change Lead required to support a leading Pharmaceutical business in West London implement Veeva Vault PromoMats across EMEA with go-live planned at the end of 2019.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing change management activities required for this project, assessing progress towards realization, and achieving measured improvements.

Experience required;

• A minimum of 5 years Change management experience in an international environment, stretching across functions (commercial, legal, etc.) and countries (Europe)
• Change management experience beyond tool implementation (i.e. people, process)
• Ability to convey vision and benefits of change as it relates to migration
• Experience of using business change management methodologies/ Framework (e.g. BCM, ITIL) to drive significant change programmes.
• Experience of major IT system deployments at sites - Veeva Vault (especially Vault PromoMats) is a major advantage
