As an Import/Export Agent, you will be responsible for speaking to customers regarding logistics of shipments, planning the best route, arranging insurance, making bookings with the agent/shipping line, dealing with special requests and working to deadlines.

You will be keeping your customers updated on the journey of their imported/exported shipments and managing any queries they may have during this time. A good telephone manner, patience and the willingness to go the extra mile for customers is essential.
