Hours: 0830 - 1700, Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for a sales and logistics coordinator to help their international business to continue to grow and develop.

The Role:

  • Processing Orders - full 360 through to fulfilment.
  • Obtain freight/courier quotes for shipments from UK Plants to clients globally.
  • Booking freight shipments and managing the process.
  • Prepare shipping documents & client invoices.
  • Set up and maintaining shipping schedules.
  • Prepare & Maintain shipping and logistic reports.
  • Manage & Monitor stock levels.

Essential Skills:

  • Organised with great attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic & a Strong team player
  • Confident with excel - including formulas & Pivot tables
  • Strong Customer Service - both verbally & in writing

Logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
