Our client is well-recognised medium sized Main Contractor are looking to add a Sub-Contract Buyer to the existing team. Due to securing several significant contracts and would like appoint A Subcontract buyer.
The Role
- Will be responsible for identifying and securing quality subcontractors in the London area.
- Will utilise your knowledge of prices within the construction industry.
- Will report to the procurement Director and have a genuine input into the sub-contractor strategy.
The Person
- Experience working as a Sub-Contract Buyer within the construction industry.
- Good connections with trusted sub-contractors.
- This role would suit a fairly experienced individual who understands the expectations and can hit the ground running
