Procurement Analyst
Our Client, a trading platform based in the city of London, has an exciting opportunity for a switched-on individual to join them on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be working within their Vendor Management Procurement team, working across all areas of their business.
They are looking for a bright individual who has experience working with 3rd party vendors in a procurement or vendor management role.
With constant contact with finance and the contract owner stakeholders across their global offices your duties will include:
- Purchasing equipment and services for IT and Marketing
- Supporting best practice within the company
- Maintaining contracts database - enabling contract owners to complete renewal and cancellations
- Working with stakeholders to maintain budget and monitor actual spend
- Producing vendor due diligence statistics to present to vendor committee
- Covering some admin duties such as vendor on boarding, software licence request, PO raise, agenda planning
The ideal candidate will have the following:-
- Experience within a similar role, ideally within the finance services sector
- Strong communication skills; both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail & excellent organisational skills
- Experience of contract lifecycle management
