Procurement Manager

Our client, a reputable educational organisation based in London is looking for an Procurement Manager to join their team on a FTC basis for 6 months initially, this role is offering a pro rata salary of £50,000 per annum.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of the Procurement set up for the organisation
  • Providing Procurement advice and guidance to the budget holders in the organisation
  • Leading end-to-end management of various tender processed
  • Working with Stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and deliver cost savings
  • Identifying ways of managing the supplier database more efficiently
  • Line management of a small team

The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent IT and computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
  • Line management experience
  • Experience in a Procurement Management role
  • Professional qualification (i.e. MCIPS)
