Senior Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a background in Logistics & Supply Chain operations and looking for an opportunity to join a genuine market leader in the world of 3rd Party Logistics ?

Key Requirements

• Current Operational Management
• Current H&S management
• ISOSH certified (Possibly even NEBOSH)
• Experience of managing +50 staff
• PC literate
• Proven presentation skills
• Proven KPI generation and staff management tools (e.g. Attendance, work efficiency, production targets and quality)
• Risk Assessment generating and auditing skills
• Work instruction SOP generating and auditing skills
• Accident investigation reporting and auditing
• Experience of working on a customer site, a good decision maker with an eye for detail and the ability to work on their own initiative
