As a Project Manager within Operations, your responsibilities will include:
Successful delivery of a Production and Logistics Security Review Project
- Work with External Consultants, internal stakeholders and Senior Leadership to ensure successful delivery
Ensure that project outputs and outcomes are clearly articulated and that progress to their achievement is effectively managed
Produce core project components as appropriate to the size of the project, such as business cases, project plans, PIDs etc
Plan effectively for the whole project lifecycle
influence and build relationships with a range of senior stakeholders, ensuring engagement and support across all aspects of project delivery
Demonstrates commercial flexibility by undertaking other responsibilities which are of a commensurate level as business needs change
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets
Proactively identify risks and issues as early as possible to take corrective action
- Continuous Improvement
You will have:
- Strong experience within Project Management working on Operation-related Projects
- Can Demonstrate experience of leading projects to a successful conclusion
- Broad knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Stakeholder management and the ability to influence and negotiate
- Ability to resolve problems and adapt to change
- Can translate a vision into achieve-able goals and provide clear direction to achieve this
- Numerate with the ability to develop strong business cases and benefit plans
