We are seeking an experienced Customer and Supply Chain Manager to join an innovative Manufacturer and Distributor based in North Leeds. This role will be the driving force between customers, internal sales and operations. You will manage a highly effective team, but the key focus will be on personal development and company process improvement.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate skills within;

  • Customer experience within Planning or Supply Chain
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and other IT operating systems
  • Confident people management skills including experience in personal development plans
  • Excellent data management skills
  • Previous experience working within Manufacturing environment
