We are looking to hire an In-House Logistics Co-ordinator to assist with the current telecoms customers based at the Milton Park office and act as interface between the customers and current staff.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide and ensure operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction in relation to quality checking and vetting;
  • This role demands the individual to work directly with the Customer, on occasion at their offices;
  • Good presentation and communication skills are essential with a good understanding of the Customer’s Company ethics and expectations.
  • This enables Panalpina Staff to understand those ethics and work within them, and providing a partnership between both companies.
  • Quality checking and management of all outbound Freight from the facility
  • Translation of Information from customer to Panalpina
  • Communication between China Customer HQ, Huawei UK Office and Panalpina Logistics Department
  • Managing the information flow within Customer ERP System
  • Reporting of Discrepancies
  • Providing cover for both Customer employee and Panalpina Employee tasks as responsibilities whilst they are on holiday.
  • Deliver individual and departmental KPI’s
  • The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company’s business.

Experience:

  • Good commerical experience

  • Mandarin (spoken and written is desirable)

  • The ability to adapt to in-house operating systems
