We are looking to hire an In-House Logistics Co-ordinator to assist with the current telecoms customers based at the Milton Park office and act as interface between the customers and current staff.
Responsibilities:
- To provide and ensure operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction in relation to quality checking and vetting;
- This role demands the individual to work directly with the Customer, on occasion at their offices;
- Good presentation and communication skills are essential with a good understanding of the Customer’s Company ethics and expectations.
- This enables Panalpina Staff to understand those ethics and work within them, and providing a partnership between both companies.
- Quality checking and management of all outbound Freight from the facility
- Translation of Information from customer to Panalpina
- Communication between China Customer HQ, Huawei UK Office and Panalpina Logistics Department
- Managing the information flow within Customer ERP System
- Reporting of Discrepancies
- Providing cover for both Customer employee and Panalpina Employee tasks as responsibilities whilst they are on holiday.
- Deliver individual and departmental KPI’s
- The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company’s business.
