CXK is a leading charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into sustainable education, employment or training.

We are expanding our work across the South of England transforming the way students think about apprenticeships.

As Contract Manager, you will play a key role in defining the future Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge (ASK) strategic direction through the ASK supply chain partners and their teams operating within schools, colleges, employer premises and other educational establishments within your region. To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a proven track record of managing a supply chain with oversight of its contract compliance.

- Have experience of contract and performance management, successfully working towards targets and KPIs.

- Have significant experience of line management, particularly dealing with diverse and geographically remote teams.

- Have the ability to build effective and professional relationships with partner agencies and organisations.

This role will involve travel across the LEP areas (Hertfordshire, Cambridge, Peterborough, Norfolk, Suffolk, Kent, Essex and Sussex) plus at least 2 days per month to be spent in London or at CXK's head office in Ashford.
