We have the pleasure of working with a strong warehouse & logistics company based in Felixstowe who are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager ASAP.

This role is exceptionally diverse and requires an individual who is self assured in their ability and skills. You will be involved in the following duties:

  • Responsible for the H&S of personnel within the warehouse environment
  • Ensure all stock within the warehouse is kept to high standards and dispatched according to SLA's
  • Ensure warehouse staff are performing and instructed appropriately maintaining customer requirements to the highest standards
  • Plan and co-ordinate inbound stock/materials to ensure a controlled flow of the warehouse at all times
  • Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest standards at all times
  • Deliver and ensure team meetings take place
  • Deliver communication to both customer and colleagues on Contracts adhering and working to KPI's at all times

For this role it is essential you have the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of relevant H&S policies - including safety at work Act, WTD, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, road traffic legislation, planned maintenance
  • Management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of financial KPI's and routine compliance
