Description
You will be responsible for the Account Management of 5-10 customer accounts.
You will be working very closely with the operation and senior management team to help assist, make recommendation and provide feedback on the service, KPI management and customer experience.
Profile
Previous account management experience within logistics/3PL.
Strong people skills, ability to build great rapport/relationships.
