Are you an energetic, driven Buyer with strong stakeholder engagement skills? Does the opportunity to work for an ethical, well respected business with strong values appeal to you? If so, please read on.
As Buyer you will lead cross functional projects up to a value of around £10M, develop and maintain sourcing/buying plans and analyse procurement spend across the business, deliver agreed savings targets, manage end to end procurement activities and support the Procurement & Contracts Manager. You will also manage and maintain data for business wide reporting.
In order to carry out the Buyer role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Previous purchasing within a procurement role ideally within indirects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ideally CIPS qualified, or working towards
In return, you will receive a salary of circa £30,000 dependent upon experience plus benefits
