Business Operations Manager - Overview

As a Business Operations Manager you will deliver a comprehensive and cost effective business support service whilst managing client operations for some of our biggest executive coaching clients. You will manage operational, financial and quality processes for the Women as Leaders programme and ensure a seamless integration to our new CRM system. You will have the support of one direct report and additional support of a team PA.

Business Operations Manager - Duties

• Key operational lead on delivery of Women as Leaders Programme for our largest client including management of international participants, coordinating work schedule and arranging logistics for the 3 day course.

• Act as main point of contact for all client contact being aware of all client development activity, knowledge sharing and driving excellence in client servicing.

• act as quality management representative for the company ensuring that company accreditations are obtained and maintained.

• Be responsible for financial management of business operations function including raising invoices, cross charging clients and financial management of coaches.

Business Operations Manager - Requirements

• You have previous financial management experience

• You have brilliant project management/coordination skills ideally gained in an educational setting.

• You are client facing and able to work in a challenging fast paced environment.
