Our client is one of the world's largest suppliers into the aero/defence industry. Over the last few years they have achieved double digit growth leading to investment in operations throughout the business. They have a requirement for a Supply Chain Customer Lead at their site in Derby.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced supply chain department where you will be responsible for ensuring parts are delivered on time in full. Please note this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs analysing any trends and performance issues to ensure customer service
• Investigate any queries and implement any corrective actions or process improvements
• Review forecasts & inventory to enable efficient business planning

Essential Requirements

• Experience working as a point of contact for customers in a technical supply chain based role
• Knowledge of inventory and forecast analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in an aerospace or automotive parts supply chain beneficial
