My Client based in the North of Aberdeen have an exciting vacancy for a Procurement Support Assistant to join their team. In addition to a competitive salary the role offers ongoing training and development, 32 days holiday per annum which increases with service, free parking and a company pension.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish Procurement needs with internal stakeholders
• Create & maintain ERP catalogues where required
• Implement and manage the day to day application of policies and procedures
• Request quotes and draft contracts for new services
• Provide expertise and assistance on queries related to purchase to pay process and invoice queries
• Lead the delivery of financial & non-financial value improvement activities identified in the procurement plan.
Experience
• Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in a procurement role
• Experienced using procurement systems
• IT Literate; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritise busy workload and work on own initiative
