Logistics Co-Ordinator

Logistics Co-Ordinator required to join an international company. Responsible for ensuring all stock movements are documented ensuring orders are processed within timescales and to correct company procedures. It is essential the new team member would have experience of SAP.

Full time, permanent role based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Paying up to £24k per annum depending on skills and experience.

Duties:

• Update and maintain the databases for stock movement
• Input all information and requirements onto the SAP system
• Co-ordinate product movement via road and sea
• Ensure communication is maintained between internal departments
• Communicate any supply chain issues and deal with them in a timely manner
• Process any complaints within the supply chain according to SLA’s
• Check any 3rd party invoices
• Any other duties as requested by the Team Leader

Skills/Requirements:

• Previous experience within a supply chain role
• Excellent customer services experience
• SAP experience
• Order to Cash experience
