We are currently working on behalf of an exciting company based in Leeds, who are going through a period of growth. They are a well-established and successful facilities management business, working with some blue chip clients across West Yorkshire and they are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to head up their internal customer and administration team.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of project coordinators and administrators on a day to day basis
• Monitoring workload and assessing efficiencies
• Analysing and challenging operational costs
• Become expert in internal CRM system and ensure it is being used effectively
• Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure projects are resourced and managed in line with SLA’s
• Ensure customer service levels are achieved at all times
• Deal with all holidays requests and HR queries for the company
• Ensure all training and 121s are up to date

Person Specification

• Experience working within a facilities management environment, ideally at management level would be desirable
• Strong IT Skills and experience using a CRM
• Strong commercial acumen and awareness
• Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
• Understanding of SLA’s, KPI’s and client contractual obligations
• Ability to respond quickly to problems or crisis situations
• Sense of urgency for getting things done
• Good leaderships and directive skills
• Ability to adapt well to change
