As part of a company-wide strategy to expand their UK/European Operations, leading pharmaceutical major seeks a high-achieving business analytics expert to drive growth across multiple areas of the organisation. Partnering with executives across commercial, finance, strategy, sourcing, supply chain and others, the successful individual will be tasked with analysing data, using advanced tools/systems, to incept and implement opportunities for advancing commercial profitability. Business Analytics Manager, Role Profile: -

• Data Analysis - using advanced tools/systems to track and identify areas for change across multiple areas of the organisation, creating robust plans for business transformation as well as putting in place plans for continuously improving performance
• Stakeholder Engagement - Working closely with an executive stakeholder group, seeking to understand high-level business challenges and partnering to identify methods for change/reduced risk
• Value Creation/Value Leadership - exposing new avenues of value for the organisation in creating subsets of their commercial excellence programmes
• System/Process Transformation - Implementing advanced data-driven technologies for best-in-class tracking of Supplier Performance, Risk Mitigation, Quality Assurance etc…

Business Intelligence Analytics Manager, Requirements: -

• Impressive background in commercial analytics - demonstrating an ability to use data to identify opportunities for commercial/financial growth
• Fantastic communication skills with an ability to engage at multiple levels in a matrix organisation, forging positive working relationships and seeking to understand organisational requirements
• Ability to understand financial performance & implications, seeking to promote profitability through analysing a P&L and recommending insights
• Ambition to create change and develop in a blue-chip organisation encountering growth
• Degree education, preferred but not essential
