BTG is working with a Derby based client who is looking to increase the level of talent they have at senior level, by creating a Financial Controllers position to report into the Finance Director.
This is a role which has been created following my client's expansion over the last 5 years, which has seen them look to hire a Financial Controller to manage the Finance Team.
My client is looking to engage a dynamic accounting professional to enter the business at Financial Controller level.
The Role
As Financial Controller, you will be positioned in the business as an integral part of the day to day running, and the strategic growth of the organisation. This has created an exciting opportunity for the new FC, as you will have two clear focuses on both day-to-day finance responsibilities, and future growth opportunities.

- Management Reporting
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Management of Month End processes and the team producing
- Cash-flow Management
- Organisational integration and harmonisation
Salary & Benefits
Salary between £60,000 - £70,000
