Operations Manager – Leading QSR Business

Up to £60,000 plus car allowance and fantastic bonus potential
The Role
Working as part of a team of industry leaders and other high potential candidates you will take responsibility for up to 10 restaurants, reporting into an Operations Director. This role is about providing first class leadership and high impact coaching to your team. The role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to think outside the box all whilst putting your people first.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Essential that you are educated to degree level
- Candidate who have done well will have fast tracked in their previous companies and have started on a strong graduate programme
- Backgrounds that sit well in the culture tend to be major retail brands or pubs
- Have a breadth of knowledge and exposure to wider business functions.
- You will have a proven track record of breakthrough results
- Be ambitious and hungry for success whilst remaining people focused always
- Open for relocation in the future would be a desirable attribute
