Contract Manager Grounds Maintenance

To proactively manage your operations team to enable the effective running of a portfolio of client contracts to fulfil the client's requirements within agreed financial parameters. The contract manager is required to develop and grow the business and their team as well as leading health and safety. Working as part of a regional team the role also requires effective and cooperative working with your regional colleagues.

Responsibilities:

1. To be fully conversant with the needs of the Nurture Group and of each of your client's contractual terms.
2. To evaluate, propose and implement service changes managing any financial, people and operational implications.
3. Proactively manage general work standards and financial performance targets on a monthly basis within agreed targets.
4. Work on own initiative at all times and also undertake effective problem solving as and when required.
5. Provide a visible presence to engender a sense of well-being for your team, clients and end users
6. Lead on and ensure Health and Safety procedures and regulations are adhered to.
7. Produce and complete all related administrative processes, record keeping and reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
