A specialist aviation / aerospace company based at Hurn Airport near Bournemouth, well established, with a friendly team of knowledgeable staff.

Your new role
In this position you will take responsibility for the Supply Chain elements of the business. This will include ensuring parts availability, optimising inventory, leading purchasing activities, further developing supplier relationships, and ensuring best practice with storage and handling of parts onsite. You will lead a small team of Buyers and Warehouse staff, supporting their ongoing development and the improvement of business processes to suit the needs of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Aviation sector is an advantage but not essential. Your CV will demonstrate technical experience and skills that match the position described above, as well as strong commercial and negotiating skills, a positive attitude and collaborative mentality. You will have a clear focus on delivering excellent service to your internal and external customers, and the ability to assess and improve business processes to drive measurable performance in KPIs.
