Adullam Homes are looking for an Operational Manager to join their team in Bolton.

Job Title: Operational Manager

Salary: £28,420 following successful 6 month probationary period
Location: Bolton
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday, flexibility required

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Manager to work within our Bolton Bridges Service. Operational Manager – The Role:

The main purpose of the Operational Manager role is to ensure Adullam services in Bolton are developed and delivered to an excellent standard, through networking, excellent staff management and effective service delivery.

Operational Manager - Experience:

- You will have a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable and socially excluded people
- Be experienced in overseeing a multi-disciplinary team
- Have the ability to set and deliver operational plans and manage a budget, together with the ability to build effective partnerships with outside agencies

- You will have sound written and verbal communication skills, IT skills together with great organisational and time management abilities
- You will be committed to achieving great positive outcomes for our clients and promoting a positive team working environment. A full list of responsibilities can be found on the role profile and person specification.
