Description

My client is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Executive to ensure the smooth transaction from order process to delivery to maximise business profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day order placement and processing of deliveries to all Omprompt and manually processed customers (including sample and clearance process)

  • Key point of contact for order related queries within external and internal customer base

  • Key point of contact for supplier order queries from 3rd party hauliers and warehouses

  • Creation of customer returns for fast and efficient processing of claims and reduction of write off

  • Involvement and Optimisation of order to delivery process by identification of opportunities to minimise Supply Chain costs within direct role scope

  • Creation, modification and management of all material, supplier and customer master data in SAP

  • Daily Customer Operations SIM meeting representative - liaise back and inform team on issues/ topics to discuss and review/action

  • Order flow consistency for all Omprompt and manually processed customers and ensure new customers (Omprompt) and changes are updated in a timely manner to avoid order processing delays

  • Deal with customer queries and calls related to the order process and manage these in a professional manner

Profile

The successful Customer Executive will report directly into the Head of Customer Collaboration and have experience working within FMCG customer role. Skills & Qualifications include;

  • 1-2 years' experience working in a supply chain or logistics role

  • Customer facing experience would be looked at strongly

  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 an advantage but not essential

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm

  • Ability to form relationships based on trust quickly

  • Able to work individually and as part of a team

Job Offer
