Operations Manager

Pertemps Kettering are recruiting for an Operational Manager to work alongside a dedicated small team of staff for this unique manufacturing client based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Role and responsibilities include:
Act in a professional manner to provide a role model in the workplace
Line manage warehouse and FLT staff including adherence to Employee Handbook
Maintain company and colleague confidentiality
Maintained H&S and housekeeping standards in operation and the company and provide correct paperwork required
Correctly maintain stock data for incoming, outgoing and returned products
Increase and maintain warehouse efficiency levels
Issue correct and timely despatches and provide correct documentation for administration
Attend and organise daily production meetings
Take a fair and active part in the picking and checking of orders alongside colleagues
Maintain qualifications for and take part in the driving of the forklift equipment onsite
Notify clients of any delays
Monitor live and back orders
HR liaison for induction, grievance, disciplinary, employment changes and monitor attendance and recruitment
Any and all other duties reasonably expected to aid the smooth running of company operations

£30-£32k

Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00
