Bid Manager Newquay £37,000 to £42,000 + Pension + Holiday + Training

Excellent opportunity someone with a proven track record of tendering and managing bids to join a growing business offering a varied and challenging role where you will be recognised for the hard work that you put in.

This company are continuing to grow after an excellent start of the year and due to planned growth are looking to add a bid manager to their busy head office near Newquay.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the tendering team as you report directly to the Sales Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company offering a good work/life balance, continued progression and full on-the-job training if required.

The Role: *Leading the tendering team *Monday to Friday days based role *Manage the preparation of multiple tenders for schemes ranging from £1m to £10m *Manage workloads on engineers, the tendering team and admin staff *Review contracts and support Supply Chain *Some project management at times

The Person: *Proven track record of tendering / project cost control management *Experience within the water industry highly beneficial *Knowledge of NEC forms of contract *People management experience *Experience in the use and implementation of ERP Systems
