Operations Manager | Fast-Growth Interior Design Company | North London
Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing luxury interiors businesses in their search for an Operations Manager to assist the company's expansion.


The business has been growing by 50% year on year and their pieces have been featured in luxury residences and 5* hotels. Their clientele is made up of architects, interior designers and property developers who are looking for high quality products for their grand projects.


The role itself would be reporting into the Operations Director and working closely with the founders to improve efficiency within the warehouse and across the logistics department. There are fantastic career progression opportunities within the business due to the continuous growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Full management of the warehouse, ensuring that all departments are working safely and effectively
  • Recruitment of new members of staff
  • Dealing with pricing requests, rebates and contracts
  • Work alongside the Operations director to assist with strategic planning and system implementation
  • Full inventory management as well as managing shipping, warranties, returns, transportation and logistics
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Assisting with budgets, financial planning and annual audit.


Requirements

  • 2 years' experience within an operations role within a furniture company
  • Keen interest in design
  • Strong educational background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills


Salary: £32,000- £38,000 + pension


Start date: ASAP
