We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join London’s biggest gym. This is arguably the most recognisable and iconic of all global charity brands - trusted throughout the world to deliver outstanding, innovative and socially responsible activities and services for young people, families and the wider community.

The Operations Manager role is the face of the club for all members, beneficiaries and stakeholders and is responsible for the successful management of all aspects of the shift while on shift.

This position will drive the offering forward through the delivery of comprehensive member journey and marketing strategies, which are aligned to the company’s overall strategic aims. The Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering outstanding operational standards and a 5* service to all members, beneficiaries and stakeholders.

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the role will lead on the management and direction of the day-to-day operations, with direct line management responsibility for the Front of House Managers, Club Membership Advisors, Club Administrator and Cafe´ Manager.
