Warehousing/Logistics Tutor/Assessor - Brentwood/Essex
£24000 - £26000k per annum + Benefits

Our client is a training provider with a supportive culture, graded good by Ofsted and at the cutting edge of the apprenticeship sector who have inspired young people to fulfil their potential and achieve their aspirations. They have a current vacancy for an experienced tutor/assessor to deliver a range of qualifications in the East London/Essex and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time and permanent position. Your learners would be based primarily in East London, Essex, Kent, and Suffolk.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a logistics/supply chain background to work with a high quality and customer focused training provider. The successful applicant will work with learners in their place of employment delivering a combination of Apprenticeship, Standards, NVQ's, Numeracy, Literacy & ICT. Essential occupational competencies required are Management, Customer Service, Business Administration and Logisitics/supply chain. Experience of and qualifications for delivering functional skills and knowledge of electronic portfolios would be desirable.

Some of the key skills and abilities required to perform this role include:

Must have A1
Communicate at all levels within business
Motivate individuals through achievement of their qualification and the understanding of how to set SMART targets
Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners
Motivate yourself and manage your own diary
Work to and meet set targets in Delivery
Full driving licence and use of own car essential.

Our client is offering a salary of £24,000 - £26000 pa dependant on experience + 21 days holiday (plus Christmas shutdown) + pension, childcare vouchers.
Company laptop and mobile phone provided. Mileage allowance paid.
