Due to market growth we are looking for an exceptional Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our logistics desk in Cambridge.  

Your new role

You will be joining our experienced team in the Cambridge office, where you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, working with both candidates and clients. Winning new clients, sourcing new candidates and building and maintaining professional relationships is all part of your day to day duties here at Hays. You will also be responsible for advert writing and interviewing your own candidates and will be given both KPI’s and targets to achieve.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a positive attitude with ambition to progress and succeed within a high-performance corporate sales environment. You will be comfortable talking to both clients and candidates up to senior levels in a credible manner. An interest in the Logistics sector would be beneficial, and you must possess an inquisitive nature. You will display excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.
