The Company:
Get Recruited are currently supporting a furniture hire and retail company who are recruiting for a Warehouse manager. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have experience as a Warehouse Manager within the furniture industry.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 6 warehouse operatives
- Management of the fulfilment of orders
- Stock and Asset Management relevant to the warehouse.
- Plan and organise warehouse activities and delegate appropriate tasks to ensure maximum efficiency is obtained
- Ensure the efficient loading, unloading of vehicles and accurate storage of furniture.
- Making sure that company procedures are followed by all warehouse employees
- Controlling and developing good working practices to increase levels of productivity
- Training, motivating and developing your team
- Encouraging a pro-active approach to Health & Safety
- Willing to undertake further training and personal development
Warehouse Manager Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working in the furniture industry
- Warehouse management experience
- Experience of using stock control / Warehouse management software
- Demonstrate health & safety awareness
- Supervision and training of staff
- Warehouse Management / Leadership qualification is preferred
- Fork Lift Truck Licence Ideal
