Logistics Scheduling Co-Ordinator

My client, a highly regarded local employer are currently seeking a Scheduler to work within a busy Service Team based South of Attleborough, Norfolk.

You will ensure the daily operations run effectively and efficiently and provide clients with the first-rate customer service my client pride themselves on. You will take ownership of a given area, forecast weekly sales and organise the diaries for operational staff to ensure works are scheduled with staff resourcefully, helping to achieve daily targets and maintaining that critical level of customer care. You will work amongst a fantastic team of people and you will follow a job from the point of conversion through to delivering the work and invoicing the client.

Responsibilities:

* Diary management

* Organise resources

* Co-ordinate sub-contractors and service delivery

* Process all new jobs / contracts

* Be the first point of contact for Team Leaders and Operatives

* Email and telephone calls

* Raise PO numbers and approve invoices

Key skills:

* Strong, outgoing personality

* 'Can-do' attitude

* Highly organised

* Works well under pressure

* Multiple project co-ordination

* Attention to detail

* Strong IT skills

* Excellent communicator

* Previous scheduling (or similar) experience would be advantageous
