About the Client:
My client is a global leisure business and they are currently recruiting a resource planning leader to oversee a department that schedules c.16,000 staff globally.
As part of their ongoing development of resource planning this role will also strategically look at processes and procedures to develop the unit.
What we are looking for:
You will have great coaching ability to lead and develop a team of planning staff - c25 and growing
You will be able to deliver robust resource planning schedules that deliver business outcomes in a competitive environment
The ideal candidate will have experience if planning in a complex customer service environment - leisure, travel, airline or contact centre and must be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
