EXPORTS COORDINATOR

One of my International Logistics companies are looking for an experienced Exports Coordinator to join their logistics team in Bradford.

Customs documentation experience is essential.

As the Exports & Customs Coordinator, you will oversee all export shipping movements in line with a pre-advised Slot Management Schedules.

Coordinating customs clearance between the Customer and shipping couriers regarding company operations.

Production of customs transit documents with correct destinations.

Driver despatch of all paperwork including customs documents.

Notification for shipping line of Safety and Security Declaration.

Maintaining records of clearance, being organised and accurate with all systems are essential requirements.

Tariff classification and all export formalities.

Calculating Duty/VAT, Invoicing out ,processing payments.

Processing Post Clearance amendments.

Dealing with general enquiries related to Customs clearance process and any additional documentation requirements.
