Allstaff Recruitment (Milton Keynes) are currently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to fulfill a full-time, permanent role for a leading publisher and supplier of greetings cards for all occasions, based in Milton Keynes.

The purpose of the Supply Chain Administrator role is to:

  • Provide a customer focused approach to brokerage control, liaising with various areas of our business & external businesses to ensure a smooth supply chain operation.
  • Ensure maximum fulfilment of brokered stock ordered by brokered retailers on each order.
  • Forecast on all demands to ensure correct volume of stock is always held on consignment.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales and product performance and sell-through rates to the sales team with the aim of developing future sales, as well as providing the necessary reports to key stakeholders, publishers & retailers.
  • Run and check self-billing (including invoicing and debiting) for suppliers, ensuring it is done on time and in full as per obligation.
  • Ensure products are correctly and accurately held in the system.
  • Ensure the full and up to date catalogue of products required by the planning team.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with all key stakeholders in the supply chain.

As the ideal Supply Chain Administrator, you will possess the following:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • A customer centric approach and a positive 'can-do’ attitude
  • A proactive work ethic

Salary: £21k - £22.5k

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm, Friday
