Our client an award winning professional services firm are seeking a highly motivated, pro-active Customer Service Operations Manager to work within their award winning Contact Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running and management of the inbound contact centre. Focus will be on leading the transformation of the centre into a modern, multi-channel offering for customers, leveraging previous experience and the latest thinking and, where appropriate, new technology to drive change and improve the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strategically minded leader with drive and ambition who is confident in their ability to tackle challenging situations.

If you have:

  • Worked across a variety of organisations managing both front and back office operations
  • Dealt with multi-channel contact, including white mail, email, telephone, social media and web-chat.
  • A detailed and up to date knowledge of industry developments to enable our client to become a recognised leader in Customer Service excellence.
