Purchasing Administrator (Part time)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a part time opportunity within a fantastic organisation just on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.

The successful part time Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for the following;

* Raising Purchase orders

* Checking Order Acknowledgements

* Monitoring stocks, raising processing notes

* Progressing and amending orders

* Admin for orders

* Assisting sales department with supplier enquiries

* Monthly stationery stock check, negotiating and buying supplies

* Monthly consumables stock check, negotiating and buying supplies

Previous office experience in a similar role is essential.

Hours are flexible between 20-25 hours per week but applicants must be able to work Monday's.
