Newstaff Employment Services are looking to recruit a Contract Manager for their client who is NO 78 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies to Work for in 2019 and have been recognised for their Outstanding Employee Engagement.
Our client helps small business make substantial savings, time and hassle on their energy- otherwise seen as a "Business Essentials Company".
The client is looking for a candidate with a good customer service background, a can do attitude, team player and can work within a team of 6 colleagues.
The Role:
• Maintain regular customer contact to update on progress of contracts where necessary.
: Manage customer query emails to ensure queries are logged and tracked accordingly.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve customers account and billing queries.
Liaising with all areas of: Energy, Business Insurance and Telecommunications.
• Handling customer complaints and escalating these where necessary.
• Liaise internally with all sales personnel to ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist with the loading of contracts to all suppliers as well as assisting with any arising issues.
• Any other ad-hoc duties, to include general day-to-day administrative and support duties.
The candidate must have a passion for providing great customer service.
