The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company.
Main duties:
Supporting Export and Customer Service Teams in promoting and developing company internationally.
The Role:
- To support internal Sales and Customer Service Teams
- To perform an administrative tasks and constantly improving the processes
- To handle customer’s and distributor’s inquiries by phone or email in a timely manner
- To maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- To liaise with warehouses in regards to orders, returns, replacement of the goods
- To progress and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
- To keep customers updated on key developments in relation to specific orders
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English to mother tongue standard (written and spoken)
- Another European Language would be advantageous
- Previous commercial experience in consumer goods (Export Sales)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in CRM Systems
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word and Sage)
- Outgoing and dynamic individual
Salary: £18K-£20K
