LOGISTICS AND BOOKING CO-ORDINATOR
We have a unique vacancy working for a high profile, international personality to be the first point of contact and administrative support for international travel and manage all facilities requirements, both for the office and personal premises.
The successful candidate for the Logistics and Booking Co-ordinator role will have excellent communication skills. Pleasant telephone manner. Excellent organisational and administrative skills including diary and facility management. Smartly dressed. Able to demonstrate strong integrity, sensible approach, honest with a reliable record of employment.
This is a varied and interesting role and we are looking for an exceptional candidate who would meet the criteria but would enjoy a rewarding job.
Both full and part time applicants will be considered for this role.
Duties include:
·Working with promotors and venues to negotiate contracts, fees, venues, payment terms and all details. Ensure all clauses are compliant with the company terms and conditions.
·Dealing with media requests
·Produce and amend contracts using templates
·Organising itineraries and schedules including international flights, accommodation, visa applications, luggage requirements, transfers etc.
·Respond to all enquiries by email, telephone and correspondence
·Meet and greet visitors
·Diary management
·Processing the post
·Filing
·General administration
·Invoicing
·Ensuring building services are maintained
·Recording financial information
