Supply Chain Administrator

We’re working closely with a fantastic business who have multiple sites in various areas of food manufacturing and they’re continuing to thrive in all areas. Their customers include major brands including Muller, Cadbury and Mondelez. This particular role is working on the ingredients side of the business where products include sauces, pastes and purees and these are sold into the foodservice sector with customers such as Brakes and Bidvest.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to join their close knit team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

o Office Administration

o Telephone dialogue with Customers, Suppliers and other stakeholders

o SAP system super user

o Able to run MRP and stock queries

o Confirmation of Customer orders on SAP

o Customer liaison re deliveries & general enquiries

o Provision of despatch notes

o Order placement for goods/ services and SAP entry - to MRP schedule, production and stock plan.

o Progress chasing of PO materials

o Liaison with key approved suppliers

o Site Visitor handling

o Administration of service contracts

The basic salary for the role is up to £26,000 and the hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:30am until 5pm although there can be a degree of flexibility.
