The Mission
We are looking for an experienced Administrative assistant to join our Purchasing team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Checking invoices against agreed schedule of rates
- Maintaining inventory control for all general household items
- Carrying out stock checks, and update inventory documentation as and when required
- Co-coordinating with Purchasing Supervisor on any day to day purchasing issues that require action
- Assisting expenses claim process in liaison with Secretary to Senior Purchasing Manager
- Administrative tasks such as filing and labelling
- Ordering stationery within budget restraints
- Check, receive and distribute supplier deliveries, as directed by the Senior Purchasing Supervisor
You should be conversant in English, have a passion for administration work and also possess experience within a similar role.
Details
This role is available on a 12 month fixed term contract, and we are looking for candidates who can start ASAP.
Your time spent with us is important, therefore you will be required to work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
