Contract Manager to join the contracts scheduling team. The company has an excellent reputation with Architects and Main Contractors. This manufacturing company supplies high quality bespoke products within the commercial building sector and has been established for over 20 years dealing within commercial and public sectors. Contracts Scheduler
" The position involves working with architect's schedules & drawings
" liaising with customers to prepare production paperwork for our factory using Microsoft Excel.
" Preparation of requisitions for each project for materials ordering purposes.
" Close attention to detail and a methodical attitude is required to ensure accuracy
" Keeping accurate records on their bespoke system
" Keeping in contact with customers regarding progress during order production and delivery.
" Involved in materials scheduling
" Liaising with planning department and factory
" Working within Contracts department
