Contracts Manager

North West based Contractor requires an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Operational to oversee projects from initial start-up through to completion.

Overseeing work on a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across most construction markets including commercial, residential, leisure, education, and healthcare schemes.

General contractor providing construction services across the North of England for over a decade.

With a strong presence in the construction industry, they offer a complete construction service that incorporates projects from £500K - £10m across Design and Build, New Build, Fit out and Refurbishment in leisure, educational, commercial and healthcare sectors.

Duties of a Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager will obe required to cover the North region based in the companies North West office.

Reporting directly to the Construction Director, your duties will include (but not be limited to):-

• To oversee the projects from initial start-up through to completion;
• To ensure that work is completed on time and within budget parameters;
• Responsibility for either multiple or single schemes at one time;
• Being the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, Site Managers and sub-contractors for the period of time that each project is live;
• Constantly checking and reviewing health and safety practices on each site;
• Managing client expectations for each active scheme.

Requirements of a Contracts Manager

Previous, solid experience within a construction background at Contracts Manager level is required for this role.

More Information

In return for your skills this role comes with a basic salary of £55K+ (dependent on experience) plus following package: company car/car allowance, pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and extra days holiday for your birthday.
